There is nothing humorous about this situation at all. My sister an innocent bystander was killed on Father’s Day, 2019 due to a police pursuit and dumb juvenile criminals. This so called public servant is a disgusting rotten pig. Another reason why qualified immunity for rotten apples/trees.
